Effective 11 August 2026
Lāli is built so that we cannot see your family's data. There are no Lāli servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no ads.
The short version: everything you record in Lāli — feeds, sleep, medicines, recovery check-ins, growth entries, journal notes, photos — is stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own Apple iCloud. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. We collect nothing.
Nothing. Lāli has no sign-up, no login, and no analytics or tracking of any kind. We never receive your data, your identity, or your usage patterns. The App Store privacy label for Lāli is "Data Not Collected".
The one-time unlock is processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Anything you log about recovery or your baby stays on your device and your iCloud, like everything else. Lāli's guidance is general information for families — it is not medical advice, and it never analyzes your data on any server.
Lāli is made for parents and caregivers, not for use by children.
Use the export and delete options inside the app's Settings, or simply delete the app — its local data goes with it. Data in your iCloud backup remains under your control through your Apple account.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Since Lāli collects nothing, changes would only ever describe on-device or iCloud behavior.
